As career bar-folk with nearly two dozen openings across North America, we've found that intelligent selection and efficient placement of equipment is the most overlooked means of not only raising your top line, but minimizing your recurring costs to exponentially drive your bottomline.

Our passion in maximizing these metrics through smart design has been tapped by Nordstrom, Starbucks, and Hilton to drop a few small names (not being able to focus solely on hospitality design with them is what encouraged us to break out on our own).

Silas and Katie are obsessed with making efficient 'cockpits' without the insane prices of the signature wells available from major manufacturers.  We are happpy to share our experience in selection and placement; and (just as importantly) in building a beverage program and style of service to maximize the entire team's efforts.
