Katie Manlove, PhD
Director of Operations
Katie entered F&B at age eighteen and has organically ascended the ranks throughout her career. Her methodical approach and analytical mind have lead to her being placed in multiple managerial positions and she has left a series of greatly improved systems in her wake. She moved to Seattle and managed the city's third oldest bar and restaurant while getting her MA, and holds the record for fastest ever completion of a PhD in Linguistics at UW. After the birth of her son she accepted a role at Starbucks Corporate HQ as the company's first Mixology Trainer. Katie currently works full time in tech, and drives the System Development portion of our operation.
W. Silas Manlove IV, CSS

Silas began his career in F&B at the age of fourteen. His greatest depth of experience is in high-end hotel bars, a place he feels is the seat of cocktail-culture and the definition of hospitality through the ages.
Silas has lead dozens of teams both large and small through the opening process.
He has designed physical space and operational programs, built training and culture programs, and has been flown all over North America to open multiple award wining concepts both locally and abroad for Nordstrom, Hilton, Destination Hotels, Commune Hotels, & 2 Roads Hospitality. Silas has also used his experience in multiple small businesses to great success.
